We only had one decent snow storm in 2008 and I ran out like a kid to photograph it. Somewhere around 86th street there was a throng of teenagers. One stuck their tongue out – then another – and click then this one. It quickly became one of my popular images.
I have enjoyed finding and reading your blog today. You have so many images and articles it will take me a while to go through them all. I can see why this image is popular. What an amazing catch in such an instant. Oh to be a young teenager again. You really captured the feeling.
