When you get very good – you don’t need all six strings anymore, and you can play with a glove on your left hand.

  1. I can sympathize with this guitarist. I have a chronic skin affliction which erodes my fingertips. I’m frequently forced to play the guitar with gloves on to reduce the pain. Which may partially explain explain the quality of my compostions.

  2. I thought of your plight when I saw this. But this is a thick winter glove, hard to imagine that you could even feel the frets. Still, he was picking out a tune that he wrote which was a spiritual and was pretty good.
