  1. At what point in proceedings did you visualise this photo? I need to know since I don’t want to have to fly across the Atlantic to take a lesson with you.

  2. Wait for the runner but only because the little girl is there. What will her react, if any, be?

    It’s just anticipation and hope. For every time the shot develops as you anticipated. There will be thirty times when something goes wrong.

    The girl could have left. Someone might have stepped in front of her. Etc.

    But you ask when the idea came to me. Answer when I saw the little girl and the runner was far I’m the distance.
