I have been inspired by your continuation of this to figure out a way to bypass PhotoShelter or to use them to do something similar. Entrepreneur magazine this month has an article about using QR codes for sales like this and I'm formulating how to use one for a sale like this.

+pam kelso I'm experimenting with this idea… It seems as if with the great audience I have, I should be able to sell these high resolution files at a minimal price. This last idea I came up with is actually that the buyer donates any amount and will get the link to the files.
Whether this will be abused or not – I don't know. I got the idea from the way that admission works at the Metropolitan Museum of art. There's a recommended amount, but you can pay whatever you can afford. Seems to work for them, maybe it'll work for me as well
The main issue is that it just shoots buy so fast that unless this post is really shared a lot by people with a large following – it just disappears into wherever posts disappear to.
