This was photographed from about four blocks away with a long lens. I was trying to give some sense of the neighborhood which surrounded Yankee Stadium. If you click the photo you’ll get a larger one to look at. I haven’t been up to the new stadium. Has another neighborhood grown up around it, or is it so close to the old stadium that it’s all pretty much the same. The detail in this is so sharp that you can easily read the street signs and even see the contents of a plastic bag carried by woman on the left. I suppose that the movie poster for scooby doo would be the best way to date it.
