Coney Island, shot through the window of a moving ‘Q’ train in 2007. Has everything I like about Coney Island in it, including the ocean. Also notable is that ‘Thor Equities’ signs are all over the place. There are recent articles about this company wanting to turn Coney Island into the Atlantic City / Disneyworld of Brooklyn.

Note: all these buildings in the foreground are now gone. The new park is in place (2011).
